CHD’s Therapeutic Day Services program is designed for adults whose emotional and behavioral issues require a more intensive treatment regimen. The goal with this program is to foster a healthy, safe and supportive environment using a holistic, family-oriented approach.
Clients who are enrolled in this program often have emotional issues that prevent them from functioning normally n the workplace or in the community. Our goal is to be proactive with treatment to avoid a potential inpatient admission at a psychiatric hospital.
CHD’s Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) program is designed to support adults with chronic and persistent mental illness so they can be successful in the community. We assist them in all aspects of daily living (i.e., employment, school, leisure activities, shopping, medication, etc.) while also providing them with the clinical support they need. Learn more
