A variety of interesting, challenging positions

Because we serve clients in over 70 different social service programs, the opportunities at CHD are varied and interesting. From management and professional positions to paraprofessional and direct service opportunities, CHD has the job for you, including full-time, part-time and even seasonal positions. You can work at our main office in Springfield, in one of our eight behavioral health clinics, or at one of our community program locations.

The orientation process

Staff satisfaction is important
