Kimberly Gage, PMHNP, CNS
Kimberly received her BSN and MSN from the University of Massachusetts and received a Post Master’s Certificate for PMHNP and Psychiatric Child and Adolescent CNS at Missouri University at Columbia. She has extensive experience working in psychiatric hospitals. Ms. Gage treats people across the lifespan, with a specialization in child and adolescent mental health. She believes that both nature and spirituality – in all its many forms – can play a significant role in the healing process.
Angelica Harakas, CNS
Angelic has an undergraduate degree in human development and a masters degree in nursing. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions in adults and has additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Colleen Kubisch, M.S., CNS, BC
Colleen is a Board Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. She has extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and in Trauma Informed Care. She has an A.S. in Early Childhood Education, a B.S. in Nursing from Elms College and a M.S. in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts where she specialized in child and adolescent mental health nursing.
Sarah McAnulty, PMHNP-BC
Sarah is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and received her M.S. in Nursing from Northeastern University. She has additional training in midwifery, perinatal / postnatal maternal child health and is a yoga instructor. She specializes in treating children, adolescents and families and is Spanish speaking.
Nathan Somers, MD
Dr. Somers attended Dartmouth College and received his M.D. from the University of Massachusetts, where he also completed a combined residency in adult and child / adolescent psychiatry. He is Board Certified in both Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent psychiatry. His clinical specialties include autism spectrum disorders, psychodynamically informed psychiatry and psychotherapy and medication management. Dr. Somers is CHD’s Medical Director.
