PILOTS Program Guides People to Affordable Housing
In early December, staff from CHD’s Adult Mental Health division in Connecticut took part in the Danbury Project Homeless Connect at Western CT State University in Danbury.
Through the PILOTS (Planning and Implementing Housing Options for Long Term Success) project they were able to help people find affordable housing.
The goal of the PILOTS project is to house individuals that are homeless or at risk of homelessness in affordable housing while providing case management and support services that will assist them in their recovery and help move them towards their highest level of self-sufficiency.
