Cancer House of Hope Virtual Yoga Classes

Furthering its mission of providing relaxing and therapeutic services to patients with cancer and their loved ones at no cost, CHD's Cancer House of Hope is offering virtual yoga classes for while in-house programming is temporarily suspended.

Yoga Therapist Niti Martin teaches The Healing Art of Yoga.

The program runs twice per week through Zoom on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

These personalized yoga classes geared toward home practice are led by Patricia “Niti” Seip Martin, B.A. Health Psychology; EYT-500 Certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher; founder of The Healing Art of Yoga for Ongoing Cancer Recovery.

Please note that a Zoom invitation is required to join this virtual program. Those interested in joining a yoga class can email Cancer House of Hope Program Director Margaret Toomey directly at [email protected]. For additional information, please call the Cancer House of Hope at 413-733-1858.

“Yoga is a regularly offered program at Cancer House of Hope, and one that our participants are very fond of,” said Program Director Margaret Toomey. “We’re very pleased to be able to offer this relaxing therapy virtually until we are able to safely resume in-person activities again.”
