VP of Mental Health Services for Connecticut
Anthony joined us in 2012 after a long career providing care and services to the homeless and those struggling with trauma, addiction, and mental health diagnoses. Most recently, Hebert worked as the chief operating officer at the Chrysalis Center in Hartford, Connecticut. At CHD, Hebert has a reputation as an inspiring leader who designs, develops, and oversees quality services to the most at-risk clients in the state. Hebert holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
