Senior VP of Medical Services


Jalil joined CHD in 2017, bringing diverse healthcare experience that spans over 24 years. He served as Vice President of Medical Services before he became the organization’s Senior Vice President of Medical Services in 2023. In his role, Jalil oversees Medical Services and clinical integration, which includes psychiatry, primary care, nursing, pharmacy, and other clinical services that are interwoven throughout CHD programs.

In his time with CHD he has been instrumental in developing interdisciplinary care models, creating the vision for the integrated clinical services, as well as strengthening and growing psychiatry and primary care services.

Jalil holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a focus on health disparities, a Master of Science Degree from University of Massachusetts Medical School, and a Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University. His specialty areas include adult health, as well as subspecialties in mental health, substance use disorders, organizational leadership, and higher education.
