Joining CHD in 2020, Nicole has spent her career serving others. As President and CEO of Community Healthlink, Inc., Nicole advocated for children and adults across Central Massachusetts. With supervisory experience in both clinical and administrative areas, she is committed to high-quality care that safeguards economic integrity. Her expertise in compliance helps CHD meet all regulatory, accreditation, and risk management requirements. Nicole holds a master’s degree in psychology with a focus in cognitive behavioral therapy from Assumption College.
