VP of Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Services

Since joining CHD in 2021, Robyn has brought over 15 years of leadership experience in the field of human services. Most recently, she served as the Division Director of Adult Outpatient Services at Community Healthlink in Worcester. During her tenure there, she also took on the role of Project Director for Community Healthlink’s Project Worth, an initiative dedicated to providing both behavioral health and primary care services for individuals who have experienced sexual trauma.
Before her impactful work at Community Healthlink Inc., Robyn was the Western Regional Manager; Mental Health Specialist for the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, where in 2017 she was awarded the Department of Children and Families Commissioners Award for Performance Excellence.
In her current position at CHD, she oversees the agency’s comprehensive continuum of care for adult mental health and residential substance use services. Additionally, Robyn is a nationally certified trauma counselor offering support to individuals who have faced complex trauma.
Robyn holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Fitchburg State University and is a certified End of Life Doula from the University of Vermont.
