Marlo Connor Named CHD's Chief Operating Officer

Marlo Connor has joined CHD as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing to our agency a diverse background, including a strong history in executive leadership and operational oversight in different healthcare environments, including behavioral health, medical nursing, and project management.

For the past four years, Connor has served as Chief Operating Officer at Holyoke Health Center, a local Federally Qualified Health Center. She also has a history of large portfolio management and implementations at Health New England and Baystate Health.

Connor is a Registered Nurse and achieved an ANCC certification in psychiatric and mental health care. She also received her PMP certification in project management. Connor has a background as a medical and psychiatric visiting nurse working with the underserved and high risk populations.

She earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from Springfield College in Rehabilitation and Psychology, and then received an Associate of Science at Springfield Technical Community College to become a Registered Nurse.
