The Healthcare IT Value Model Awards recognized organizations for excellence in technology adoption, utilization, and measurable value realization. Its value model enables healthcare leaders to benchmark digital maturity across seven performance dimensions and track the return on their technology investments. CHD was among several organizations honored for achievements in analytics, automation, interoperability, workforce management and AI-driven clinical innovation.
CHD presents “an outstanding example of how automation and integration can transform healthcare operations,” said Regan Baron, Netsmart senior vice president, client experience. “They’ve streamlined the revenue cycle management, accelerated authorizations and clinical efficiency, and they’ve built a model of operational excellence across the entire care continuum. The Center for Human Development continues to raise the bar for what’s possible when technology is aligned with mission.”
Nationally, CHD ranks in the top 10 percent of Netsmart electronic health records platform clients in automation, authorizations, and claims processing.
Laroche said that the award reflects the dedication of CHD’s RCM team, the partnership with Netsmart’s RCM team, and the leadership of the Netsmart Application Management Services team in rate configuration. “Together, we’ve automated workflows, streamlined processes, and strengthened the link between technology and mission. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished, and excited for what’s ahead as we continue building stronger teams and systems for the future.”
