VP of Clinical and Medical Services
Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership in behavioral health. She is an accomplished healthcare executive and licensed clinical social worker with experience driving strategic initiatives, improving patient outcomes, and integrating services across inpatient, outpatient, and crisis settings.
Joining CHD in 2025, he was most recently CEO of Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital in Holyoke. Prior to that, she was Director of Behavioral Health at Baystate Health in Springfield.
Before her work at Baystate Health, Jennifer was Director of Emergency Services Programs at Clinical & Support Options in Northampton.
Jennifer has also served as a consultant on psychiatric hospital launches, regulatory strategy, and clinical leadership, and is an adjunct professor in the MSW program at Westfield State University.
In addition, she has held behavioral health leadership roles for Horizon Health, and she won Baystate Health’s President’s Excellence Award for program redesign.
Jennifer earned her BA in History at the University of Pennsylvania, her MSW in Clinical Mental Health at Boston College, and her MBA at Eastern University.
