Daniel held executive positions at several behavioral health partnerships around the northeast before joining CHD in 2017. In addition, Quinn worked at private health insurance companies and as a licensed clinician and caseworker. He holds master’s degrees in social work and business administration from Simmons College School of Social Work in Boston and Western New England College in Bedford, Massachusetts, respectively.
