VP of Diversion, Shelter & Housing
Will has 25 years of experience in nonprofit management and social services as a practitioner, manager, consultant, senior-level administrator, and executive, including his most recent tenure, as President & CEO of Villa of Hope, in Rochester, NY, and prior to that, as Executive Director/CEO of Helix Human Services (formerly The Children’s Study Home).
He was previously Vice President of Clinical Services at CHD. Before that he was Division Director of Outpatient Services at Gándara Center.
He has extensive experience managing and overseeing residential programs, special education private schools, foster care, outpatient clinics, and case management programs serving children and families.
Will is a Springfield native and resident, and in addition to his professional experience, he was recently named a member of the Board of Trustees at STCC by Gov. Maura Healey, is a member of the Board of Directors of Martin Luther King, Jr. Family Services in Springfield, and is the former President of the Board of the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. Will obtained his bachelor’s degree at UMass Amherst, MSW at Boston College, and his Ed.D. at the University of Hartford.
