Rich has extensive budget, fiscal, and technology management experience, bringing to his latest role in 2026 a track record of building effective teams and business units. He was previously CHD’s Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
He came to CHD from Viability, Inc. in Northampton, where he was Vice President of Administration and Finance. Prior to his time at Viability he was Director of Business Development Consultant Team/Q5 Special Projects at MassMutual Financial Group’s Retirement Services Division.
Prior to his multiple roles at MassMutual he was an advertising representative at the Daily Hampshire Gazette newspaper.
Rich is a former president of the Northampton Chamber of Commerce and achieved Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America Troop 103 in Florence, MA.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UMass Amherst.
