Connecticut

CHD is proud to have established our programs to offer support, services, and shelter for the homeless and others in need in regions throughout Connecticut.

Our 30 programs and services in Central and Western Connecticut address homelessness, mental health issues, substance use, and more. Our mission is to foster greater independence in all those we serve.

Expanding access in Connecticut

From case management to clinical services, we’re helping people throughout Connecticut achieve a better quality of life.

We can conduct assessments, make referrals, and provide ongoing assistance to individuals as they work to maintain their progress.

We regularly partner with local police departments, emergency officials, and first responders to host community events and educate the public.

With 24-hour living facilities, therapy groups for men and women, and a hospitality center offering services to those facing homelessness, we’re meeting critical needs throughout the community.

Fiduciary Services provide financial guidance to help adults achieve and maintain an independent lifestyle. We are proud to be the fiduciary agency for Western Connecticut’s Mental Health Network serving Danbury, Waterbury, and Torrington.
