Here are some of the exciting Adaptive Sports and Recreation Activities that we offer throughout the year. From adaptive CrossFit, swimming, rock climbing, sled hockey and more, there are plenty of opportunities to pursue your passion or try something completely new.

Program Offerings
Adaptive Basketball
The Westfield Nights program is an inclusive basketball season created through a partnership between Westfield State University Physical Education Program and All In. This program provides meaningful athletic opportunities for individuals with disabilities in a fun, supportive environment.
Who Can Participate: Youth and young adults ages 13–25 with disabilities
(Stand-up players and wheelchair users welcome)
Dates: March & April 2026
Location: Westfield State University, Field House/Woodward Center, 395 Western Ave, Westfield, MA
Cost: $40 members, $50 non-members
Adaptive Rock Climbing-MA
Climb to new heights with this fun adaptive program for beginners and advanced climbers alike.
This year-round program offers a supportive and inclusive environment for participants of all abilities but does require some upper body strength. Each session runs for an hour and half and pre-registration are required at least one week in advance.
Registration Guidelines: Participants may sign up for no more than two sessions at a time. Space is limited to five climbers per session. Everyone entering the gym, including climbers, spectators, and volunteers, must register through the Central Rock Gym website for each visit.
Who Can Participate: Ages 4+ with a disability
Location: Central Rock, Hadley, MA
Schedule: Mondays, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (excluding holidays)
Cost: $15 members, $20 non-members

Adaptive Rock Climbing-CT
Climb to new heights in Connecticut! We now offer rock climbing at Central Rock in Glastonbury, CT.
This year-round program offers a supportive and inclusive environment for participants of all abilities but does require some upper body strength. Each session runs 2 hours, and pre-registration is required at least one week in advance.
Who Can Participate: Ages 13+ with a disability
Location: Central Rock, Glastonbury, CT
Schedule: Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (excluding holidays)
Cost: $15 members, $20 non-members

Dance & Movement
This inclusive program creates a welcoming environment where every child and young adult can participate regardless of ability, incorporating unique elements not typically found in traditional dance or movement programs. Participants build confidence, express creativity, and have opportunities to take part in a variety of performances throughout the year.
Who Can Participate: Ages 4-22
Dates: September to June
Location: Ohana School of Performing Arts, 41 Sheridan St., Chicopee, MA
Schedule: Thursdays, 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. (excluding holidays)
Cost: $330 is per dancer. You can pay in full, or in two installments ($165×2). Please note that the second payment is due the first week of January and includes program fees, a one-year membership to All In, a portion of the studio fee, and a portion of costume fee and trophy.

Sled Hockey
Sled Hockey offers individuals with disabilities the opportunity to participate in the popular winter sport in an inclusive and supportive environment. All In partners with the Springfield Thunderbirds and welcomes individuals without disabilities to join. The program follows the same rules as traditional “stand-up” hockey, and participants receive a schedule at the start of the season outlining practice dates, times, and tournament opportunities.
Teams/Who Can Participate:
- Junior Team (ages 4-16) competes in the Amelia Park Tournament in April every year
- Adult Recreation Team (ages 16+) competes in the Amelia Park Tournament in April every year
- Competitive Travel Team is a part of the NESH League. The team travels once a month to a different rink to compete in games. Other tournaments: Empire State Games in Lake Placid, NY, and the Amelia Park Tournament. Ages 16+. Tryouts required.

Adaptive Swimming
In partnership with Western New England University Occupational Therapy Doctoral Program, All In offers an Aqua Buddies program, which includes a play-based therapeutic swim experience. OT students work one-on-one with participants, providing individual support and focusing on personal goals throughout each session in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Please note that the University’s pool is not a therapeutic pool; flotation devices are available if needed. Participants must be continent or wear protective swimwear. This program is not intended to provide swimming lessons.
Due to the limited number of participants allowed in the program, please be sure you can make all of the dates unless there is an illness or other unforeseen circumstance.
Who Can Participate: Kids & Teens 4-19 and adults 20+ with a disability
Dates: Spring & Fall
Location: Western New England, Caprio Alumni Healthful Living Center Evergreen Road, Springfield
Schedule: TBD
Cost: $15 members, $20 Non-members
Adaptive Cycling
Enjoy the freedom of cycling in an inclusive and supportive environment! Sign up for an individual rental to ride at your own pace or join our group ride, which begins 15 minutes after the program start and covers approximately 3–6 miles. Adaptive equipment is available, including trikes (standard and recumbent) and handcycles. If you have your own bike, feel free to bring it, no pre-registration is required!
Who Can Participate: Ages 12+
Dates: June & July 2026
Location: To be announced.
Cost: $5
Adaptive Fishing
Enjoy a relaxing and inclusive fishing experience! Fishing poles and bait will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own equipment if preferred. Pre-registration is required, and participants must sign up at least one week in advance to secure their spot.
Who Can Participate: Open to all ages, plus family, and friends!
Dates: August 2026 (4 weeks)
Location: West Springfield Fish & Game Club, 329 Garden St., Feeding Hills, MA
Cost per week: $30 Members, $40 Non-Members, drop-in option: $10

Drum Circle
Join All In and local musician and educator I-SHEA Shaikly for this 6-week program and 60 minutes of hand drumming for healing, stress relief, and connection! No experience is necessary. Drums will be provided. This program is funded in part by a grant from the Northampton Arts Council, a local agency which is supported by Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
Who Can Participate: Ages 7-25 with a disability
Dates: April 16, 23, 30 and May 7, 14, 21 (2026)
Location: Forbes Library, Northampton
Schedule: Thursdays, 3:45 p.m.-4:45 p.m.
Cost: $0 (but must commit to the full 6-week program).
