All Programs at CHD All In
Below is a list of programs we offer regularly.
All In welcomes those ages 15+ with a physical disability to join a fun and engaging social group that focuses on low- to medium-level activities while socializing with others once per month with varying activities. Examples include adaptive crossfit, stretching, and martial arts.
Approximately once a month we get a group together to hang out, do something fun and get active. Come be with others that might share some similarities in their abilities.
For the next meetup we will be doing a Wheelchair Basketball Pickup Game on May 21. Come try your skills! We will provide a tutorial in the beginning for those that need a refresher or never have tried this before. This program is designed for athletes of all ability levels. Sport chairs will be provided.

Cost: $325 (includes program fees, a one-year membership to CHD’s All In, a small portion of studio fees, and a portion of costume fees and trophies)
This adaptive dance program has been tailored to meet the individual needs of people ages 4-22. The season is from September to June, Thursdays, 6:00 p.m.-6:45 p.m.
It works to create an open environment in which every child or young adult can participate regardless of ability, and it integrates various components that may not be seen in a traditional dance or movement program. Climb to new heights with this fun adaptive program for beginners and advanced climbers alike. The program is open to anyone 4 years old and over and does require some upper body strength.

Sled Hockey allows individuals with disabilities the opportunity to participate in the popular winter sport. We also welcome those without a disability to participate. Sled Hockey follows the rules of regular “Stand Up ” hockey.
Scholarships are available.
Teams:
- Junior Team (ages 4-16) competes in the Amelia Park Tournament in April every year
- Adult Recreation Team (ages 16+) competes in the Amelia Park Tournament in April every year
- Competitive Travel Team is a part of the NESH League. The team travels once a month to a different rink to compete in games. Other tournaments: Empire State Games in Lake Placid, NY, and the Amelia Park Tournament (ages 16+ , tryouts required)

Together with the WNE OT Doctoral Program, we are offering a play-based therapeutic swim program. The program is geared toward kids and teens ages 4-19 who have a disability and there is an adult program (20+) who have a disability. The students will work 1:1 with each swimmer and focus on their goals throughout the sessions.

There are spring and fall seasons.
Snow and water skiing takes place through the Leaps of Faith Adaptive Skiers (LOF) organization for participants of all abilities. The water-skiing program is held in Sandy Hook, CT once a year in the warmer months. The winter skiing takes place once in the winter on Mount Southington in CT. The programs include mono-skiing, bi-skiing, sit skiing, blind skiing, 3-track skiing (winter), and 4-track skiing (winter). All adaptive equipment is available, but pre-registration is required.

Sign up for an individual rental or join our group meetup for a longer ride. The group ride will start 15 minutes after the program starts and will be a three to six-mile ride. If you bring your own bike, no pre-registration required ($5.00 suggested donation). This activity is for ages 12+.
Trikes (including recumbent trikes) and handcycles are available.
Pre-registration is required for all events, and you must register one week prior.
