Here are some of the exciting Adaptive Sports and Recreation Activities that we offer throughout the year. From adaptive CrossFit, swimming, rock climbing, sled hockey and more, there are plenty of opportunities to pursue your passion or try something completely new.

Program Offerings

Social Group
All In welcomes those ages 15+ with a physical disability to join a fun and engaging social group that focuses on low- to medium-level activities while socializing with others once per month with varying activities. Examples include adaptive crossfit, stretching, and martial arts.
Adaptive Rock Climbing
Adaptive Rock Climbing will continue the first and third Monday of each month at Central Rock Hadley 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and will continue to be an hour and a half. To sign up, go to the following registration link. (You must sign up at least one week before a program.) This is for anyone with a disability ages 4+.
We also have Adaptive Rock Climbing in Glastonbury, CT on the first Thursday of each month, 4:30-6:30 p.m. for those 13+ who have a disability.
Dance & Movement
Ohana School of Performing Arts, 41 Sheridan St., Chicopee, MA
Cost: $330 (includes program fees, a one-year membership to CHD’s All In, a small portion of studio fees, and a portion of costume fees and trophies)
This adaptive dance program has been tailored to meet the individual needs of people ages 4-22. The season is from September to June.
It works to create an open environment in which every child or young adult can participate regardless of ability, and it integrates various components that may not be seen in a traditional dance or movement program. Sled Hockey
MassMutual Center, Springfield, MA
Amelia Park, Westfield, MA
UMass Community Rink
Hart Center, Worcester, MA
- Junior Team (ages 4-16) competes in the Amelia Park Tournament in April every year
- Adult Recreation Team (ages 16+) competes in the Amelia Park Tournament in April every year
- Competitive Travel Team is a part of the NESH League. The team travels once a month to a different rink to compete in games. Other tournaments: Empire State Games in Lake Placid, NY, and the Amelia Park Tournament (ages 16+ , tryouts required)

Swim Program
Together with the Western New England University OT Doctoral Program, we are offering a play-based therapeutic swim program on September 19, October 6, October 20, and October 27, 5:15 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Adaptive
Cycling
Sign up for an individual rental or join our group meetup for a longer ride. The group ride will start 15 minutes after the program starts and will be a three to six-mile ride. If you bring your own bike, no pre-registration required ($5.00 suggested donation). This activity is for ages 12+.
Trikes (including recumbent trikes) and handcycles are available.
Pre-registration is required for all events, and you must register one week prior.

West Springfield Fish & Game Club
329 Garden St, Feeding Hills, MA
Fishing poles and bait will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own equipment as well. Food may be offered sporadically. You must register ahead of time, so we’ll have an accurate head count. For more information contact us at [email protected] or call 413-788-9695.

Central Rock Gym, 165 Russell St., Hadley, MA
Climb to new heights with this fun adaptive program for beginners and advanced climbers alike. The program is open to anyone 4 years old and over and does require some upper body strength.

Snow and water skiing takes place through the Leaps of Faith Adaptive Skiers (LOF) organization for participants of all abilities. The water-skiing program is held in Sandy Hook, CT once a year in the warmer months. The winter skiing takes place once in the winter on Mount Southington in CT. The programs include mono-skiing, bi-skiing, sit skiing, blind skiing, 3-track skiing (winter), and 4-track skiing (winter). All adaptive equipment is available, but pre-registration is required.
