Links to virtual groups will be provided upon registration. Participants must have completed an intake at a CHD Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic prior to participating. This can be completed during walk-in hours at any of our clinic locations Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m.-noon, or by calling the numbers listed below.
Mental Health Education for Adults (18+)

Not a Phase-LGBTQ+ Group for Teens (Ages 13-18)
Offered Virtually
Mondays 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
This group setting offers a safe, inclusive, affirming space for teenagers growing up queer to connect with peers to discuss such topics as bullying, mental health, gender expression, and anything that matters to them.

Navigating Adulthood (Individuals who identify as females; Ages 18-21)

Young adulthood is an emotional and challenging time when you’re faced with a new sense of independence, responsibility, and trying to find your true self amongst the chaos. This group is helpful for females struggling with anxiety or depression surrounding how to navigate the adult world.
